[4] Surah An-Nisaa (oÔkw Awd xdow)
فَمَا لَكُمْ فِي الْمُنَافِقِينَ فِئَتَيْنِ وَاللّهُ أَرْكَسَهُم بِمَا كَسَبُواْ أَتُرِيدُونَ أَن تَهْدُواْ مَنْ أَضَلَّ اللّهُ وَمَن يُضْلِلِ اللّهُ فَلَن تَجِدَ لَهُ سَبِيلاً (88
AZ:ek ÌZwiwËbk xK pl Ìj, iÖdwxfKËbk oóeËKê ÌZwikw bÖ’bl pËt ÌMËl? AaP AwÁwpz Zw’Awlw ZwËbkËK NÖxkËt xbËtËQd ZwËbk iëb KwËRk KwkËd! ÌZwikw xK ZwËbkËK ea eÞbmêd KkËZ PwI, jwËbkËK AwÁwpz ea¸Ä KËkËQd? AwÁwpz jwËK ea¸wìæ KËkd, Z×xi Zwk Rdø ÌKwd ea ewËg dw|
Then what is the matter with you that you are divided into two parties about the hypocrites? Allâh has cast them back (to disbelief) because of what they have earned. Do you want to guide him whom Allâh has made to go astray? And he whom Allâh has made to go astray, you will never find for him any way (of guidance).

وَدُّواْ لَوْ تَكْفُرُونَ كَمَا كَفَرُواْ فَتَكُونُونَ سَوَاء فَلاَ تَتَّخِذُواْ مِنْهُمْ أَوْلِيَاء حَتَّىَ يُهَاجِرُواْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ فَإِن تَوَلَّوْاْ فَخُذُوهُمْ وَاقْتُلُوهُمْ حَيْثُ وَجَدتَّمُوهُمْ وَلاَ تَتَّخِذُواْ مِنْهُمْ وَلِيًّا وَلاَ نَصِيرًا (89
Zwkw Pwt Ìj, Zwkw Ìjid KwËfk, ÌZwikwI ÌZixd KwËfk pËt jwI, jwËZ ÌZwikw Ggv Zwkw og oiwd pËt jwI| AZGg, ZwËbk iËcø KwDËK g¬×kÕËe MÞpY KËkw dw, Ìj ejêìæ dw Zwkw AwÁwpzk eËa xpRkZ KËk PËl AwËo| AZ:ek jxb Zwkw xgiÖL pt, ZËg ZwËbkËK ewKrwI Kk Ggv ÌjLwËd ewI pZøw Kk| ZwËbk iËcø KwDËK g¬×kÕËe MÞpY KËkw dw Ggv owpwjøKwky gwxdI dw|
They wish that you reject Faith, as they have rejected (Faith), and thus that you all become equal (like one another). So take not Auliyâ’ (protectors or friends) from them, till they emigrate in the Way of Allâh (to Muhammad SAW). But if they turn back (from Islâm), take (hold) of them and kill them wherever you find them, and take neither Auliyâ’ (protectors or friends) nor helpers from them.

الَّذِينَ يَتَّخِذُونَ الْكَافِرِينَ أَوْلِيَاء مِن دُونِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَيَبْتَغُونَ عِندَهُمُ الْعِزَّةَ فَإِنَّ العِزَّةَ لِلّهِ جَمِيعًا (139
jwkw iÖoliwdËbk gRêd KËk KwËfkËbkËK xdËRËbk g¬Ö gwxdËt Ìdt Ggv ZwËbkB KwËQ oóiwd eÞZøwmw KËk, AaP jwgZyt oóiwd mÖcÖiw¢ AwÁwpzkB Rdø|
Those who take disbelievers for Auliyâ’ (protectors or helpers or friends) instead of believers, do they seek honour, power and glory with them? Verily, then to Allâh belongs all honour, power and glory.

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لاَ تَتَّخِذُواْ الْكَافِرِينَ أَوْلِيَاء مِن دُونِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَتُرِيدُونَ أَن تَجْعَلُواْ لِلّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ سُلْطَانًا مُّبِينًا (144
Ìp CiwdbwkMY! ÌZwikw KwËfkËbkËK g¬Ö gwxdI dw iÖoliwdËbk gwb xbËt| ÌZwikw xK GidxU KËk xdËRk Dek AwÁwpzk eÞKwmø blyl KwËti KËk ÌbËg?
O you who believe! Take not for Auliyâ’ (protectors or helpers or friends) disbelievers instead of believers. Do you wish to offer Allâh a manifest proof against yourselves?

[5] Surah Al-Maidah (oÔkw Awl iwËtbwp)
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لاَ تَتَّخِذُواْ الْيَهُودَ وَالنَّصَارَى أَوْلِيَاء بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاء بَعْضٍ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُم مِّنكُمْ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْهُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ لاَ يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ (51
Ìp iÖxiYMY! ÌZwikw BpÖby I LÛyÄwdËbkËK g¬Ö xpowËg MÞpY KËkw dw| Zwkw GËK AeËkk g¬×| ÌZwiwËbk iËcø Ìj ZwËbk owËa g¬×Zñ KkËg, Ìo ZwËbkB AìæhÖê£ß| AwÁwpz RwËliËbkËK ea eÞbmêd KËkd dw|
O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as Auliyâ’ (friends, protectors, helpers, etc.), they are but Auliyâ’ to one another. And if any amongst you takes them as Auliyâ’, then surely he is one of them. Verily, Allâh guides not those people who are the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrongdoers and unjust).

[8] Surah Al-Anfal (oÔkw Awl-Awdfwl)
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ وَهَاجَرُواْ وَجَاهَدُواْ بِأَمْوَالِهِمْ وَأَنفُسِهِمْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ وَالَّذِينَ آوَواْ وَّنَصَرُواْ أُوْلَـئِكَ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاء بَعْضٍ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ وَلَمْ يُهَاجِرُواْ مَا لَكُم مِّن وَلاَيَتِهِم مِّن شَيْءٍ حَتَّى يُهَاجِرُواْ وَإِنِ اسْتَنصَرُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ فَعَلَيْكُمُ النَّصْرُ إِلاَّ عَلَى قَوْمٍ بَيْنَكُمْ وَبَيْنَهُم مِّيثَاقٌ وَاللّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ (72
GËZ ÌKwd oËëbp ÌdB Ìj, jwkw Ciwd GËdËQ, Ìbm ZøwM KËkËQ, Èyt Rwd I iwl §wkw AwÁwpzk kwËp ÌRpwb KËkËQ Ggv jwkw ZwËbkËK AwmÛt I owpwjø opwtZw xbËtËQ, Zwkw GËK AeËkk opwtK| Awk jwkw Ciwd GËdËQ xKìç Ìbm ZøwM KËkxd ZwËbk g¬×ËZñ ÌZwiwËbk eÞËtwRd ÌdB jZqY dw Zwkw ÌbmZøwM KËk| Agmø jxb Zwkw ciêyt gøwewËk ÌZwiwËbk opwtZw Kwidw KËk, ZËg ZwËbk owpwjø Kkw ÌZwiwËbk KZêgø| xKìç ÌZwiwËbk owËa jwËbk opËjwMy P×x£ß xgbøiwd kËtËQ, ZwËbk ÌiwKwËglwt dt| gþçZ: ÌZwikw jw xKQÖ Kk, AwÁwpz ÌoogB ÌbËLd|
Verily, those who believed, and emigrated and strove hard and fought with their property and their lives in the Cause of Allâh as well as those who gave (them) asylum and help, - these are (all) allies to one another. And as to those who believed but did not emigrate (to you O Muhammad SAW), you owe no duty of protection to them until they emigrate, but if they seek your help in religion, it is your duty to help them except against a people with whom you have a treaty of mutual alliance, and Allâh is the All-Seer of what you do.

[9] Surah At-Taubah (oÔkw AwZz ZwIgwp)
كَيْفَ يَكُونُ لِلْمُشْرِكِينَ عَهْدٌ عِندَ اللّهِ وَعِندَ رَسُولِهِ إِلاَّ الَّذِينَ عَاهَدتُّمْ عِندَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ فَمَا اسْتَقَامُواْ لَكُمْ فَاسْتَقِيمُواْ لَهُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُتَّقِينَ (7
iÖmxkKËbk P×x£ß AwÁwpzk xdKU I Z^wk koÔËlk xdKU xKkÕËe glgu awKËg| ZËg jwËbk owËa ÌZwikw P×x£ß oóewbd KËkQ ioxRbÖl-pwkwËik xdKU| AZGg, Ìj ejêìæ Zwkw ÌZwiwËbk RËdø okl awËK, ÌZwikwI ZwËbk Rdø okl awK| xd:oËëbËpk AwÁwpz owgcwdyËbk eQëb KËkd|
How can there be a covenant with Allâh and with His Messenger for the Mushrikûn (polytheists, idolaters, pagans, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allâh) except those with whom you made a covenant near Al-Masjid-al-Harâm (at Makkah)? So long, as they are true to you, stand you true to them. Verily, Allâh loves Al-Muttaqûn (the pious - see V.2:2).

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لاَ تَتَّخِذُواْ آبَاءكُمْ وَإِخْوَانَكُمْ أَوْلِيَاء إَنِ اسْتَحَبُّواْ الْكُفْرَ عَلَى الإِيمَانِ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُم مِّنكُمْ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ (23
Ìp CiwdbwkMY! ÌZwikw Èyt xeZw I hwBËbk AxhhwgKkÕËe MÞpY KËkw dw, jxb Zwkw Ciwd AËeqw K×fkËK hwlgwËo| Awk ÌZwiwËbk jwkw ZwËbk AxhhwgKkÕËe MÞpY KËk Zwkw oyiwlvNdKwky|
O you who believe! Take not for Auliyâ’ (supporters and helpers) your fathers and your brothers if they prefer disbelief to Belief. And whoever of you does so, then he is one of the Zâlimûn (wrong-doers, etc.).
